multiFlon® PRO and GMP

multidirectionally expanded PTFE gasket sheets

multidirectional ePTFE sheets for highest demands on purity and conformity, FDA, EG1935 and GMP compliant

multiFlon® PRO – gasket sheets are made of 100% pure, multidirectionally expanded PTFE, with virtually unlimited chemical resistance.

When installed, gaskets made of multiFlon® PRO gasket sheets have exceptionally good adaptability to flange roughness and unevenness.

During operation, a high surface pressure is maintained even under high pressure and temperature loads. As a result, multiFlon® PRO achieves very good stability and tightness, especially in demanding steel flange applications, with high blow-out safety.
The good recovery behaviour of the material leads to increased operational safety even under changing operating conditions.

For demanding applications with high purity requirements, multiFlon® PRO-GMP gasket sheets are available in the embossed version.
